By sending a commission form, you are agreeing with the terms mentioned here

General Commission Guidelines

  • You are required to credit me as @StrawbVT somewhere for any work I do for you

  • Do not claim my art as yours

  • Using my work for AI (Artificial Intelligence) art training purposes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  • Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission (this includes minting/selling the commissioned work for NFTs)

  • Do not edit/alter my work without my permission

  • Unless you are requesting a design commission, image references ARE REQUIRED

  • I reserve the right to decline any incoming commission

Payment:

  • Payment form: Paypal

  • All prices are in USD

  • Once you've been quoted, an invoice for the full amount will be sent to your contact email -- once paid I can officially add you onto my wait list

  • The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of being sent, otherwise the commission will be considered cancelled and your position on the waitlist will be given up

  • For larger orders over $100 payment plans may be available

  • If the scope of the project increases, I reserve the right to reevaluate the original quote and charge you for the additional work

  • If your project requires that I exclusively work on it in private, an additional charge of 20% will be added to the invoice.

  • Personal: Use of art for nonmonetized purposes. This includes profile pictures, headers, twitter posts, etc.

  • Asset: Use of art on monetized sites and content. This includes Twitch, Youtube, etc.

  • Merchandise: The use of art to sell digital or physical goods. This includes stickers, prints, keychains, etc.

  • Tier 1: Printed products or digital goods. This includes stickers, prints, posters, etc.

  • Tier 2: Non-paper physical goods. This includes keychains, standees, pins, shirts, etc.

Copyright/Usage Policy:

As the artist, I'm able to:

  • Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites

  • Post/showcase WIP screenshots to my social media platforms (Unless we've agreed to keeping it private)

  • Showcase the artwork on my website as a commission example

As the commissioner, you are able to:

  • Use the artwork in any way you want, as long as it's personal use. Purchasing asset or commercial use rights will extend the usage.

  • Repost the artwork on other websites, so long as you provide proper credit to me

  • Claim the rights to the character, but not the artwork

You are NOT able to:

  • Edit/change my work without my permission

  • Reproduce/use the artwork commercially without purchasing asset, or commercial rights

  • Remove my watermark/signature if provided on any files

Turnaround:

Turnaround time is dependent on whether or not I have other commissions in queue, personal work, and my motivation levels. I'm always broadcasting my work live on Twitch, so you're welcome to pop in and check on the progress of your commission whenever I'm live. I also try to keep my Trello up to date with all my commission progress, so please be sure to check there before messaging me! If there's a date that you're certain you need your work done by, please let me know before the commission is paid for so I can ensure it's a date I'm capable of finishing the work by. If not, you're welcome to request a rush order for an additional fee of 20% your original price, which will move you to the front of my waitlist.

Refund Policy:

If the commission is cancelled (by either party) before the work has been started, the client will receive a full refund.
